There aren’t enough words for me to describe how wonderful my granddaughter’s quinceanera was. The detail, service and attention the staff provided to me and my guests was outstanding. I was so stressed out for my daughter Quinceañera when we started planning , but when Samantha and Laura met with us at Aqua Reception everything changed. They were able to put everything we needed together.The communication with the team was easy, they always addressed our concerns and requests.The photographer Yamila Imagines was excellent, very professional, calm and sweet as well as the videographer and the DJ. The MC Ana did an amazing job. The cake by E&M Sweet was delightful. We were very pleased with the flower arrangement and overall decoration.The dinner was warm, tasty and well presented. The service and bar tender A+.Everyone had a blast at The Hora Loca with “ Pit-bull and Bad Bunny”.Yedid and Clara were incredibly kind and try their best to keep us calm and happy , taking care of everything for us to just relax and enjoy the important moments.It was easy for me? No. They make it easy.Do you need to worry? No, just trust them and follow their instructions, just do your part.Even if you think that is not enough time for the final arrangements two or one week before, remember that they do that every week, they know.The event was a success!! My daughter was the star of the night, she was sparkling happiness all over.Our guests were very satisfied and we received tons of compliments.I highly recommend Aqua Reception Hall for your special event.Thank you Aqua Team !!!
My quinceañera at Aqua Reception was wonderful. The beautiful decor, attentive staff, and delicious catering made it a night to remember. We were very satisfied with Yedid- she was helpful and paid attention to details. The ballroom was spacious and parking was fast and easy. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!
I did the quinceañera of my daughter at Aqua and everything was organized and beautiful. I love the photographer Yamila that was included on the package. She’s very professional and creative, and I loved the video and the pictures. If you have a lot guest try to do before signed the contract.please don’t wait to add more guest after you signed the contract, if not it’ll cost a lot!
I celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday at Aqua Reception and I can’t thank my event coordinator and staff for their amazing service and attention to detail for our event.Everything looked AMAZING! My daughters face when we walked in was just in awe.I have had several guests reach out to me throughout the weekend to tell me how nice the staff was and how attentive they were.The food was served hot and was delicious, the wait staff was was professional and courteous.Our MC and DJ were very professional and worked well together. Lily was just so detailed with everything making sure she had all the information correct. She was a pleasure to work with.The photographer and videographer were very patient with me and my photo requests. I appreciate that very much.Lastly, I just want to thank everyone from beginning of booking to the day of event. When we reserved with you guys last year we had no idea how this pandemic would play out and we would still be worried about this virus a year after booking. We had several guests not attend because of it and even though I was a bit bummed about it, when I saw how smooth and seamless everything went on Saturday just made me forget all that.
I didn't have a dream wedding pictured in my mind until I saw their aqua estate location. Our coordinator Samantha was extremely helpful with answering my questions and with making decisions. She answered my many emails, texts and calls quickly and with professionalism. She put me at ease and made sure to go over every detail with us. and that everything is how you want it. Everything was beautiful and my guests loved the venue. My husband and I loved our wedding. Would recommend to everyone!
